About GLO Preemies
Our Mission
GLO Preemies™ seeks to raise the voice of black families in the NICU and post-NICU in terms of creating racial and health equity through professional healthcare services, family educational initiatives, and family support up for African American families for a continuous 18 years.
Our Programs
We offer a variety of programs to help our clients get back on their feet. From care boxes, GLO Preemies TV, job training to mental health counseling, we provide the resources and support necessary to help individuals achieve their goals.
Starting 2025 we will begin Sensory Care boxes for our older families.

Inclusivity in Business Award 2025
On May 22, our Founder Ashley Randolph will be honored with the Sacramento Business Journal Inclusivity Award! We’re proud to see GLO Preemies’ work toward a more inclusive NICU community recognized and grateful that you are all part of this journey.
In October, Ashley will receive the 40 under 40 award presented by the Sacramento Business Journal.

Sacramento & Elk Grove NICU Family Support Directory
We’re building a trusted, local guide to companies that support ALL NICU families in Sacramento & Elk Grove—pumps & lactation, baby & maternal care, pediatric providers, wellness and more. The directory lives on GLO Preemies for a full year and is cross‑listed on the Alliance for Black NICU Families website.
New: A hard‑copy of the directory will be placed in GLO Preemies holiday care boxes for Sacramento families through December 15, 2025.
Join the Directory: $250 for a 12‑month listing (name, logo, link, 50‑word description, category + optional offer). Launch: Sept 29, 2025. Additions accepted until Oct 15 for NICU Awareness Month features.

A: Name, logo, link, 50‑word description, category tag, and one optional NICU‑family offer. Your listing appears on GLO Preemies for 12 months and is cross‑listed on the Alliance for Black NICU Families website for 12 months.
Q: When will our listing appear?
A: Listings submitted by Sept 27 publish for the Sept 29 launch. We’ll continue adding new companies through Oct 15 for NICU Awareness Month features and promote again in November.
Q: Will our company be in the printed directory too?
A: Yes. A hard‑copy of the directory will be placed in GLO Preemies holiday care boxes for Sacramento families through Dec 15, 2025.
Q: Can any company join?
A: We welcome family‑friendly, health‑positive organizations that serve NICU families in Sacramento/Elk Grove. GLO Preemies reserves the right to decline listings not aligned with our mission.
Q: Is the $250 tax‑deductible?
A: We provide a receipt. Many sponsors treat this as a marketing/sponsorship expense; please consult your tax advisor about deductibility. GLO Preemies EIN: 47‑1348231.
